Heart Attack
There was some exciting news for fans of Shawn Kittelsen’s futuristic thriller/romance Heart Attack from Skybound HQ this week… The TV adaptation, set in post-pandemic Japan, will star Kan’ichiro and Toko Miura as the fatalistic couple Umin and Ema, two teenagers from different backgrounds whose connection unlocks a secret power. Toko Miura first gained global recognition starring in Ryusuke Hamaguchi’s international hit film Drive My Car, which won Best International Feature Film at the Academy Awards in 2022.
