Skybound, in collaboration with leading toy and game company Hasbro, announced today that hit Energon Universe series Void Rivals will receive subsequent printings, featuring covers that spotlight favorite characters and their first appearances in the series.

Void Rivals #2-5 will all return with subsequent printings, available in comic book shops on January 31, 2024.

The acclaimed series Void Rivals from the iconic Oblivion Song team of Robert Kirkman (Invincible, The Walking Dead), Lorenzo De Felici (Kroma) and Matheus Lopes (Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow), continue to sell out at the distributor level, with fan demand prompting subsequent printings.

The Energon Universe officially began in June 2023 with the surprise first appearance of iconic TRANSFORMERS character Jetfire in Void Rivals #1, introducing the historic new collaboration between Hasbro and Skybound, with TRANSFORMERS and G.I. JOE comics finding a new home with the publisher. The Energon Universe recently expanded with TRANSFORMERS, kicking off a brand-new era for the iconic franchise. Fans should expect can’t-miss moments from every issue of the Energon Universe, as secrets are unveiled along the path to answering the BIG questions.

These Void Rivals Subsequent Printing Variant Covers (Lunar Codes listed below | $3.99) will be available at comic book shops and digital platforms including Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, comiXology, and Google Play on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
