Thanks Brian. The game is sweet. Just want the new levels. As a matter of fact, everything Walking Dead is awesome. Well except the FPS game about Darryl and Merle, that was a piece of crap. The next one should be a third person shooter. Get Naughty Dog on board and it would be the greatest game of all time
Well we (Skybound) didn’t have anything to do with Survival Instinct. We try our best to pick really good partners to work with and give them the time they need.
Naughty Dog would be AMAZING but I think those guys are busy killing it with their own IPs.
oh man, this is like a slap in the face!!!! I bought the game the day after it was announced on Talking Dead, and have now been eagerly awaiting episode 2. No responses to emails, facebook comments, anything. Brian, come on, what is the deal? I bought this game (At full price) with the promise of new episodes coming soon. One year later with not even an announcement is unprofessional. Now if you give us some kind of information on a release date, that would go a long way. Please give us something!!!!!!
Hey sorry man, for some reason I stopped getting comment notifications on some articles. Games drop in price over time, they go on sale sometimes, they’re free sometime. I certainly hope you enjoyed it and felt like you got your money’s worth when you bought it (it was pretty cheap when it launched, right?).
I can tell you that yes, we are working on the follow-up. It’s a matter of locking down tone and quality though. We’re not rushing it. This is way later than we planned, and we apologize for that. These things happen and for reasons that I can’t really go into (yet), we haven’t been able to say much.
I am constantly hounding our game guys to allow us to give an official statement or something but they want to lock more details into place first. I think it should be soon, but I’ve thought that before.
On the plus side, we recently integrated with Facebook, so your progress will be uploaded to the cloud and when the follow-up hits, you’ll get some bonuses. At least, that’s the plan…
You know what Brian, it’s something, and I appreciate it. I feel a little better, but you gotta get them on the ball. lol. I have 2 questions. When playing The Walking Dead assault, After beating a particular level,or the game I forget which, I was given a code that said, “Keep the code below safe… It may give you something in the future.” I screen captured it on my IPad and have had it ever since, and never used it. Is this code going to be for something in the 2nd episode, what is it? Can you say? And Can you somehow talk Skybound into maybe releasing a single screen shot of episode 2? That would go MILES in damage control, and PR Just a thought.
