Negan may be locked up in Alexandria but his story is far from over. Our friends at IGN just dropped an exclusive Season 9 teaser, which features a voiceover from Negan warning Rick he’ll eventually take over if and when he escapes. Considering Negan’s post-All Out War storyline in the comics, he may be on to something.
