In a heartwarming video, a TWD fan Arthur Wear gets to meet the cast of The Walking Dead at Wizard World New Orleans. He’s been battling soft-tissue sarcoma, and to lift his spirits, Thomas Morstead’s foundation What You Give Will Grow was able to arrange a private meet and greet for Arthur and the cast:
Now tell me that didn’t make you smile.
Hat tip to the Las Vegas Review-Journal for the video!
So awesome, twd really does more for its fans than anyone, like that charlie hebdo tribute, very stand up guys, its like every non twd article makes me respect these champs alot more…ok and twd related too, who am i kidding hahaha

Seriously: grinning real hard, proud of my heroes, happy for this guy!
That was great.
This is awesome. Good job to everyone involved. 🙂
How great of the cast to do that for him! Bravo Wizard World con and Thomas Morstead Foundation for arranging a once in a life-time experience for such a brave guy.
Awesome video. I know I look forward to that one Wednesday a month a new Walking Dead comic comes out and every Sunday a new episode is on. I actually sometimes leave work early to get to the comic sop at 12 when it opens. I love seeing videos like this
I also wish the best to Arthur Wear and his family. I’m glad he has such a great show and comic to look forward to. Great job getting him front row at comic con and getting to meet the cast
great story and gesture
